For the international commemoration of the Season of Nonviolence, immigration and education rights advocate Julissa Arce will speak at COCC's Bend Campus. Arce will use her inspirational story to change the conversation around immigration. She will present a keynote talk telling her story of what it was like to "climb the corporate ladder" as both a Latina woman and an undocumented immigrant.
