We’re marking the release of our Winter 2026 issue, Consume, at the Lloyd Center Food Court. Join us on Saturday, December 13, for coffee, winter treats, and conversation with fellow readers and contributors. This is a public drop-in event; no RSVP required. 
 

We’ll also be gathering adult clothing items for donation to Blanchet House, a nonprofit organization that provides meals, clothing, and social services in Old Town Portland. They are currently requesting donations for the following new or gently used items:

• hats, gloves, and scarves
• winter coats
• underwear and socks (must be new)
• sweatpants
• long-sleeved shirts
• winter shoes and boots
