Tracy was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. After attending the University of Oregon, he left for the canyons of Madison Avenue to begin a career in advertising. Years later he co-founded WONGDOODY, an ad agency with offices in Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York City. This event is made possible in part by a responsive program grant from Oregon Humanities.
