Join us for the commencement ceremony to celebrate the 2017 Humanity in Perspective class. Reception to follow. This event is free and open to the public. 

Humanity in Perspective (HIP) is a free college humanities course for adults who do not have a college degree and who face financial barriers to continuing their education. Students explore challenging ideas about power, justice, knowledge, identity, and community in an engaging and supportive environment. Oregon Humanities offers Humanity in Perspective in association with Bard College, Marylhurst University, and Portland State University.
