The basics are: 1) Donate to any of 1,300 cultural nonprofits in Oregon. 2) Match that gift by donating an equal amount to the Oregon Cultural Trust. 3) 100 percent of your matching gift will be returned when you file your taxes.

You can get a tax credit if you make a contribution to a specific arts and culture agency and a matching gift to the Trust. Visit the Oregon Cultural Trust website for more information: http://www.culturaltrust.org/
